Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
  
  
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.
  
  
• Orders may be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If the order is rejected during inspection, it may be returned immediately, and only the applicable shipping charges will apply.
  
  
• Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase.
  
  
• Returned items must be unused and include the original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, accessories, gifts, and promotional items.
