Refund policy

At EYEZERA, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality while ensuring transparency and fairness for our customers.

Size Selection

  • Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

  • Product measurements are provided to help customers select the most suitable size.

  • As product inspection is available upon delivery, returns, refunds, or exchanges due to sizing issues, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers may inspect their order in the presence of the courier before accepting delivery to verify the product, size, color, and material.

  • If the customer chooses not to accept the order during inspection, the shipment may be returned immediately with the courier.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and any gifts or promotional items included with the order.

  • In such cases, the customer will only be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are accepted exclusively in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

    • Incorrect size selection.

    • Change of mind or personal preference.

    • Normal variations in appearance caused by photography or screen display settings.

    • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Reporting a Manufacturing Defect

  • Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery date.

  • Reports must be submitted through Facebook or Instagram messages and include:

    • Clear photos of the defect.

    • Order details.

    • Proof of purchase.

  • All requests will be reviewed by the EYEZERA Quality Control Team.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed.

    • Free from odors, stains, perfumes, or signs of wear.

    • Returned with the original invoice, tags, labels, gifts, accessories, and original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Bank transfers and card refunds may require additional processing time depending on the customer's bank.

Policy Agreement

  • By placing an order with EYEZERA, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns & Refund Policy.
