Size Selection
- Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

- As product inspection is available upon delivery, returns, refunds, or exchanges due to sizing issues, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers may inspect their order in the presence of the courier before accepting delivery to verify the product, size, color, and material.
- If the customer chooses not to accept the order during inspection, the shipment may be returned immediately with the courier.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and any gifts or promotional items included with the order.
- In such cases, the customer will only be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
- Returns and refunds are accepted exclusively in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

- Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

- Free from odors, stains, perfumes, or signs of wear.
- Returned with the original invoice, tags, labels, gifts, accessories, and original packaging.

Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Bank transfers and card refunds may require additional processing time depending on the customer's bank.
